No
participants can be part of more than 1 team & 1 team should have max. of
two members.
·
There
is no restriction in the number of teams from same college.
Submission of Abstract
§ Abstract
has to be mailed in PDF or MS office Word format to pptdyuthi2013@gmail.com with “Paper/Abstract
submission” in the subject line.
§ Abstract should not exceed 1 page.
§ The front page of abstract should
contain team member names, contact numbers, mail Id, name of College, Branch (EC/EEE/AE/ME).
§ The paper should be electrical or
electronics related.
§ After evaluation, best papers will be
selected & eligible candidates will be informed through mail.
Presentation Rules
§ The eligible candidates should
present only the submitted and selected paper during the event & changing
of topics during event is not permitted.
§ 1 soft copy (in USB/CD) & 3 hard
copies of the paper(IEEE format) has to be submitted before the event.
§ Presentation should be in MS office
PowerPoint format only.
§ Medium of presentation should be in
English.
§ Total time allotted is 15 min (12 min
presentation + 3 min queries).
